Refund Policy



No refunds or exchanges unless there is defect(s) in the product(s) and it should be informed to us in less than 7 days.

please do not send the case back to avoid wait time.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the defected device.

Once your proof of evidence is received and review. We will send you an email to notify you that we have made the decision to either refund your money or reship the identical product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed within 2-3 days.

Customer Error: If the customer ordered the wrong case/design/style please email us and we will send you a promo code worth 25% of your purchase. This code can be used by the customer to enter a new discounted order, including the correct case that they wish to receive.
